No gdje je izvor tog stresa i kako ga se rije\u0161iti?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bez obzira na to jeste li u stalnom radnom odnosu, poduzetnik, radite li na freelance bazi &#8211; stres vezan uz posao je neizbje\u017ean. Ve\u0107ina savjeta o rje\u0161avanju stresa ponudit \u0107e vam neku vrstu radnje kako bi ga se rije\u0161ili: vje\u017ebajte, dobro spavajte, dobro jedite, meditirajte i napravite neke yoga poze \u010dak i za radnim stolom. Sve su to krasni savjeti i trebate ih poslu\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No, nas vi\u0161e zanima kako do\u0107i do korijena stresa. Pogledati duboko, iskopati uzrok i raditi na njemu direktno, umjesto lije\u010denja simptoma. Jednom kad se uhvatite u ko\u0161tac s uzrokom stresa mo\u017eete njime zaista ovladati<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Uzroci stresa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pogledajmo neke stvari oko kojih se mo\u017eemo uzrujavati na poslu:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Te\u0161ki rokovi<\/li>\n<li>Te\u0161ki suradnici ili \u0161efovi<\/li>\n<li>Nesigurnost vezana uz posao<\/li>\n<li>Nesigurnost uspjeha odre\u0111enog projekta<\/li>\n<li>Konkurencija, uredska politika, interpersonalni konflikti<\/li>\n<li>Zatrpanost s previ\u0161e posla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoje i mnogi drugi izvori stresa, no ovo je dobar uzorak onih naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih. U svim ovim primjerima, izvor je zapravo ista stvar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vezani na smo na to kako bismo htjeli da stvari izgledaju.<\/strong> Imamo neki ideal u glavi o tome kako bi svaka od ovih situacija<em> trebala izgledati<\/em>, i na\u0161a vezanost za taj ideal uzrokuje stres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pogledajmo nesigurnost vezanu uz posao. Naravno, ovo nije ideal, radije bismo imali stabilno radno mjesto kako se oko toga ne bismo morali brinuti. No, zapravo, stvarnost ne odgovara na\u0161em idealu (stabilan posao) i to nam izaziva stres. Ne svi\u0111a nam se trenutna situacija, i ta ne\u017eeljena nesigurnost uzrokuje osje\u0107aj stresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Isto vrijedi za svaki od gore navedenih primjera &#8211; kada suradnik ne odgovara na\u0161em idealu, kada prema idealu ne\u0107emo imati previ\u0161e toga za raditi, kada se na\u0161 ideal lakog odra\u0111ivanja roka ne ostvari&#8230;osje\u0107amo stres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na\u017ealost, ovo se doga\u0111a po cijele dane, svaki dan. Na\u0161i ideali o stvarnosti konstantno se ne ispunjavaju i osje\u0107amo stres. Nakupljanje stresa. On postaje zdravstveni problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pa, kako se nositi s time? Pogledajmo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0160to u\u010diniti s uzrokom stresa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ako je na\u0161a vezanost na ideal ono \u0161to zapravo uzrokuje stres, mo\u017eemo li tada jednostavno ne imati ideale? Pa, to bi bilo idealno, no ustanovili smo da je malo vjerojatno. Ideali dolaze sami od sebe, nepozvani, u na\u0161im aktivnim umovima punim nade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na\u010din no\u0161enja s uzrokom stresa jest:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Primijetiti da osje\u0107ate stres ili frustraciju<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Svjesno primijetiti vezanost za neki ideal<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Olabaviti vezanost, prihva\u0107aju\u0107i sada\u0161nji trenutak<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pogledajmo ove radnje redom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prvo, trebate <strong>primijetiti stres.<\/strong> Nau\u010dite vidjeti frustraciju ili brigu oko ne\u010dega kao znak, kao signal koji vam ka\u017ee \u0161to se doga\u0111a. To zna\u010di stati i pitati se &#8220;Hej, stvari koje se doga\u0111aju o\u010dito ne odgovaraju mom idealu i uzrokuju mi stres &#8211; \u0161to je moj ideal?&#8221; To je vjerojatno ne\u0161to \u0161to je sigurnije, stabilnije, ugodnije i \u0161to ste vi\u0161e u mogu\u0107nosti imati pod kontrolom od onog \u0161to trenutno pro\u017eivljavate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primjerice, ako ste zatrpani s previ\u0161e posla, va\u0161 je ideal vjerojatno kontrolirana, ugodna koli\u010dina posla kojom mo\u017eete ovladati. Tada biste se vjerojatno osje\u0107ali sigurnije, stabilnije, ugodnije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na\u017ealost, ugoda, kontrola i sigurnost nisu ono \u0161to nam \u017eivot daje. Ve\u0107inom nam daje ba\u0161 suprotno &#8211; ne\u0161to kaoti\u010dno, nepredvidivo, neugodno i nestabilno. I mo\u017eemo se radi toga uzrujavati, a mo\u017eemo to i prigrliti. Mo\u017eemo to mrziti kod \u017eivota, a mo\u017eemo voljeti. Rije\u010d je o svjesnom izboru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na kraju, mo\u017eemo svjesno olabaviti svoju povezanost s tim o\u010dekivanjem ili idealom. Mo\u017eemo re\u0107i: &#8220;Ovaj ideal mi ne poma\u017ee. Dr\u017eanje za takvu idealnu situaciju mi zapravo \u0161teti. Stoga otvaram srce mnogim drugim mogu\u0107nostima.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To zna\u010di da mo\u017eemo biti otvoreni prema groznom suradniku, koji nije savr\u0161en i tako\u0111er se bori sa svojim problemima. Mo\u017eemo biti otvoreni prema hrpetini posla i stoga, prisili da si poslo\u017eimo prioritete i fokusiramo se na ono \u0161to nam je trenutno bitno. Mo\u017eemo biti otvoreni prema mogu\u0107nosti da \u0107emo lo\u0161e raditi, izgubiti posao, jer \u010dak i tad \u0107emo ne\u0161to smisliti i sve \u0107e biti u redu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kod svjesnog rasklimavanja vlastitih vezanosti radi se o shva\u0107anju da se \u017eivot ne treba odvijati na jedan na\u010din, na\u0161 na\u010din, da mo\u017eemo biti otvoreni prema na\u010dinu \u017eivota. Rije\u010d je o tome da u\u010dimo voliti sve, i one lo\u0161e stvari. Da postanemo znati\u017eeljni o \u017eivotu, o drugima, umjesto da \u017eivot i druge ljude procjenjujemo lo\u0161ima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I da funkcioniramo s te pozicije. Imamo previ\u0161e posla? Izaberimo jedan zadatak i dajmo sve od sebe. Imamo iritantnog poslovnog suradnika? Prona\u0111imo znati\u017eelju prema njegovim borbama. Brinemo o gubitku posla? Fokusirajmo se na to da damo sve od sebe, dok se istovremeno pripremamo za mogu\u0107nost da \u0107emo morati prona\u0107i drugi posao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mnogim se ljudima ne\u0107e svi\u0111ati ovo rje\u0161enje, jer to zna\u010di da ne\u0107e dobiti ideale kojima streme. Ve\u0107ina nas \u017eeli kontrolirati \u017eivot na na\u010din koji \u017eelimo.
