Kako posao utje\u010de na mentalno zdravlje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>U suvremenom \u017eivotu ve\u0107ina je dana posve\u0107ena poslu i nu\u017eno je prepoznati utjecaj koji posao ima na na\u0161e mentalno zdravlje, kao i dobrobit. Nu\u017eno je prepoznati i da je u\u010dinak radnog mjesta ve\u0107i nego \u0161to se trenutno prepoznaje u sustavu mentalnog zdravlja.<\/p>\n<p>Biti zaposlen zna\u010di mo\u0107i si u trenutnom dru\u0161tvenom sustavu osigurati hranu, stan i provo\u0111enje slobodnog vremena, te stoga nedostatak istog mo\u017ee dovesti do depresije ili anksioznosti kao i konkretnih posljedica dru\u0161tvene isklju\u010denosti.<\/p>\n<p>Rad ljudskim bi\u0107ima daje osje\u0107aj svrhe, mo\u017ee podizati samopouzdanje i od njega se \u010dovjek mo\u017ee osje\u0107ati ispunjeno. U filozofskoj tradiciji promi\u0161ljanja o radu smatralo se i da se \u010dovjek ostvaruje upravo u radu.\u00a0 Tako\u0111er, radno mjesto doprinosi osje\u0107aju uklju\u010denosti u dru\u0161tvo.\u00a0 Rutina koju daje radno mjesto mo\u017ee ubla\u017eiti osje\u0107aje neizvjesnosti i nemira.<\/p>\n<p>Sve od navedenog bitno je za osje\u0107aj mentalne dobrobiti. Iz navedenog postaje jasno kako onda nesigurni ili prekarni oblici rada koji danas postaju sve \u010de\u0161\u0107i, mogu imati lo\u0161 utjecaj na mentalno zdravlje. Nesigurni oblici zaposlenosti, kratkoro\u010dni, sezonski, honorarni rad &#8211; sve to mo\u017ee doprinijeti osje\u0107aju nesigurnosti a onda i naru\u0161iti stanje mentalne dobrobiti.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160panjolska \u0107e istra\u017eivati kako posao utje\u010de na mentalno zdravlje<\/h3>\n<p>Posao tako\u0111er mo\u017ee biti i izvor stresa. Psiholo\u0161ki stres povezan s poslom mo\u017ee dovesti do osje\u0107aja anksioznosti i depresije. Radna mjesta na kojima vlada lo\u0161a atmosfera, mobing ili diskriminacija mogu imati zna\u010dajni u\u010dinak na mentalno zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p>Ovu je dugo zapostavljanju \u010dinjenicu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euractiv.com\/section\/health-consumers\/news\/spain-will-include-work-related-mental-health-in-disease-surveillance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prepoznala \u0160panjolska koja \u0107e putem nacionalnog epidemiolo\u0161kog istra\u017eiva\u010dkog sustava po\u010deti prepoznavati mentalno zdravlje povezano s poslom kao bitno<\/a>. Belen Gonzalez, koordinatorica inicijative, ka\u017ee da &#8220;rad lomi radnike&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Novi program ima za cilj &#8220;izvu\u0107i zaklju\u010dke o koli\u010dini psihi\u010dke patnje koja se javlja u vezi s poslom&#8221;, a u isto vrijeme &#8220;pokazati (slu\u017ebenim testovima) da postoje mentalni poreme\u0107aji proiza\u0161li iz posla&#8221;, prenosi Euractiv. Burnout povezan s poslom prepoznaje se kao pojam. No on do danas nije doveden u vezu s psihi\u010dkim izazovima. Istovremeno, podaci Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije (WHO) pokazuju da se godi\u0161nje izgubi 12 milijardi radnih dana zbog depresije i anksioznosti. WHO prepoznaje diskriminaciju, nejednakost i mobing kao klju\u010dne faktore koji doprinose negativnom mentalnom zdravlju na radnom mjestu. Euractiv nagla\u0161ava da je vi\u0161e od 40 milijuna ljudi pogo\u0111eno stresom povezanim s poslom u EU, dok je procijenjeni tro\u0161ak depresije povezane s poslom u Europi 617 milijardi eura godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.euractiv.com\/section\/health-consumers\/news\/spain-will-include-work-related-mental-health-in-disease-surveillance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u0160panjolska \u0107e putem navedenih podataka procjenjivati koji radni uvjeti utje\u010du na ljude i koje su skupine najvi\u0161e pogo\u0111ene mentalnim problemima povezanim s radom.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c<em>Po\u010det \u0107emo vr\u0161iti pritisak (na vlasti) da do\u0111e do promjene unutar radnih mjesta, da se promijene uvjeti rada, jer nije da \u0161aljemo krhke ljude na radna mjesta i onda puknu, ovo \u0161to se doga\u0111a je da poslovi lome radnike<\/em>\u201d,<\/strong> upozorila je Gonz\u00e1lez za Euractiv.\u00a0 Prema njezinu mi\u0161ljenju, <strong>potrebno je \u201cpromijeniti kulturu rada (i tra\u017eiti model rada) koji ne daje prioritet samo produktivnosti i profitu, ve\u0107 onaj koji je usredoto\u010den na zdravlje radnika\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0160panjolska ministrica zdravstva, M\u00f3nica Garcia, izjavila je: \u201e<em>Znamo da postoji epidemija psiholo\u0161ke nevolje, ali tako\u0111er znamo da ova epidemija ima svoje podrijetlo u dru\u0161tvenim problemima koji nadilaze zidove ovog Ministarstva.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prekarni rad, uvjeti na poslu koji su sli\u010dni maltretiranju ili mobingu, kao i stres povezan s poslom &#8211; sve to mo\u017ee dovesti do osje\u0107aja nesigurnosti, anksioznosti i depresije. Isto mo\u017ee biti slu\u010daj i s rastu\u0107im tro\u0161kovima \u017eivota koje osoba nije u stanju pokriti svojim primanjima.<\/p>\n<p>Krajnje je vrijeme da u pri\u010du o mentalnoj dobrobiti uklju\u010dimo ove faktore kao zna\u010dajne, a ne sporedne.
