Ako je odgovor potvrdan, mo\u017eda je vrijeme da uzmemo pet minuta za sebe.<\/p>\n<h4>Granice i razni osje\u0107aji u blagdanskom periodu<\/h4>\n<p>Tu je \u010desto i pitanje granica. Blagdani sa sobom donose obiteljska okupljanja ili ponovno vi\u0111anje osoba od kojih smo se mo\u017eda u nekom trenu \u017eivota odvojili. Neka od tih okupljanja mogu nam biti draga, a druga manje draga. Potrebno je stoga nau\u010diti gdje i kako postaviti granicu kako se ne bismo osje\u0107ali iscrpljeno i potro\u0161eno. Je li na\u0161e prisustvo potrebno na ba\u0161 svim okupljanjima? Dobro je da stanemo na trenutak i poku\u0161amo se osjetiti. Jesmo li negdje &#8220;potegnuli&#8221; onkraj svojih mogu\u0107nosti? Ako jesmo, vrijeme je da stanemo i preispitamo vlastite potrebe. Imamo li se potrebu povu\u0107i, osamiti ili uzeti malo vremena za sebe?<\/p>\n<p>Osje\u0107aji tuge i usamljenosti tako\u0111er \u010desto mogu izbijati na povr\u0161inu jer se u doba blagdana name\u0107e tema obiteljskih okupljanja i zajedni\u0161tva, a djelomi\u010dno i stoga \u0161to se u takvoj atmosferi mo\u017eemo sjetiti voljenih koji vi\u0161e nisu s nama ili nisu prisutni Dobro je osvjestiti te emocije i prihvatiti ih te pustiti da budu tu s nama. Dobro je pru\u017eiti si i dati dodatnu njegu, onu koja hrani ne samo na\u0161e tijelo i mehanizme no\u0161enja sa stresom, ve\u0107 i du\u0161u. To zna\u010di i baviti se stvarima koje nam donose radost i opu\u0161taju nas. To mo\u017ee biti topla kupka, \u010ditanje knjige, \u0161etnja, odlazak u kino ili provo\u0111enje vremena u prirodi. Pitajmo se &#8211; \u0161to hrani na\u0161u du\u0161u? Provo\u0111enje vremena s dragim osobama mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i.
