{"id":5131,"date":"2022-10-26T09:03:24","date_gmt":"2022-10-26T07:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/existentia.com.hr\/?p=5131"},"modified":"2022-10-26T09:42:50","modified_gmt":"2022-10-26T07:42:50","slug":"kako-biti-dobro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/existentia.com.hr\/hr\/kako-biti-dobro\/","title":{"rendered":"Kako biti dobro u vremenu velikih dru\u0161tvenih promjena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kako biti dobro u svijetu u kojem se svakodnevno dru\u0161tveno funkcioniranje mijenja iz dana u dan?<\/p>\n<p>Novo doba zahtijeva novu konfiguraciju sebstva &#8211; drugu vrstu karaktera od onog kojeg je nekad zahtijevao stari svijet s puno vi\u0161e stati\u010dnijih dru\u0161tvenih struktura.<\/p>\n<p>Novi svijet se na psiholo\u0161koj razini, pod utjecajima globalizacije i tehnolo\u0161kih promjena, a u posljednje vrijeme i klimatskih promjena te rata u Ukrajini, \u010dini puno br\u017eim i nepredvidivijim. Kao \u0161to vidimo upravo na primjeru rata, stvari se mijenjaju velikom brzinom.<\/p>\n<p>Stoga ovakve okolnosti zahtijevaju i pone\u0161to druga\u010dije sebstvo koje se s takvim promjenama mo\u017ee nositi.<\/p>\n<p>Dok se \u010desto ne pri\u010da o tome, li\u010dnost je donekle uvjetovana i kulturolo\u0161kim zahtjevima koji se pred nju stavljaju. Sebstvo pro\u0161lih stolje\u0107a bilo je stati\u010dno jer su takve bile i dru\u0161tvene strukture koje su se vrlo sporo mijenjale.<\/p>\n<p>U pro\u0161losti, funkcioniranje je bilo usmjerenije na lokalnu zajednicu nego na globalnu. Na\u0161i roditelji u svojoj dnevnoj sobi nisu imali vijesti iz cijelog svijeta dostupne jednim klikom svake minute. Nisu provodili dane u okoli\u0161u koje je funkcionirao po principima digitalnih medija, gdje vijest koju primimo jedan dan mo\u017ee biti ve\u0107 potpuno zastarjela u roku od par dana.<\/p>\n<p>Vrijednosti tada\u0161njeg vremena nisu odre\u0111ivali trendovi na Instagramu i TikToku i brzina kojom se mijenjaju.<\/p>\n<p>COVID-19 pandemija, rat u Ukrajini&#8230;.Dana\u0161nja se situacija &#8211; kojoj smo i mi izlo\u017eeni svakodnevno &#8211; u globaliziranom svijetu mo\u017ee promijeniti u par dana na na\u010dine koje itekako mogu utjecaji na na\u0161e psiholo\u0161ko stanje.<\/p>\n<p>Stoga je nepobitno da takva vrsta funkcioniranja proizvodi &#8211; ali i zahtijeva druk\u010diju vrstu osje\u0107aja na\u0161eg ja. Osje\u0107aj koji je prilagodljiviji svakodnevnim promjenama. Od nas se zahtijeva sve vi\u0161e da na\u0161e &#8220;ja&#8221; bude jako adaptabilno, da se mo\u017ee gotovo svakodnevno prilagoditi brzim promjenama u globaliziranom i tehnolo\u0161ki umre\u017eenom svijetu.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je fenomen koji se primje\u0107uje od \u0161ezdesetih godina pro\u0161log stolje\u0107a, no rekla bih da se on ubrzao u posljednja dva desetlje\u0107a, potaknut tehnolo\u0161kom revolucijom, ali i globalizacijom te njihovim me\u0111udjelovanjem.<\/p>\n<p>Od nas se tra\u017ei da svakodnevno budemo spremni rekonfigurirati osje\u0107aj vlastitog ja &#8211; kako to ve\u0107 prilike &#8211; tr\u017ei\u0161ne, politi\u010dke, globalne -zahtjevaju.<\/p>\n<p>Radikalni smo oblik toga do\u017eivjeli sa situacijom koja se dogodila s COVID-19 pandemijom. U samo par mjeseci bili smo prisiljeni radikalno promijeniti ve\u0107inu svojih navika.<\/p>\n<p>Kako se nositi s takvim svijetom brzih promjena?<\/p>\n<p>Dobro je u stvarima prona\u0107i puteve iz kojih rastemo, \u010dak i kad su stvari grozomorne &#8211; poput COVID-19 pandemije ili ratova. To nam mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da stvorimo osje\u0107aj otpornosti i da pro\u0161iri na\u0161 dijapazon fleksibilnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er je bitno brinuti se za sebe u vrijeme takvih promjena. Dati si okrijepu i prostore u kojima mo\u017eemo odahnuti, bar privremeno, kako bismo povratili osje\u0107aj sigurnosti u svijetu koji se ubrzano mijenja.<\/p>\n<p>To mogu biti neki dnevni rituali koje \u0107ete uvesti, kojima \u0107ete se svakodnevno vra\u0107ati, poput yoge, hodanja, tr\u010danja, slu\u0161anja glazbe koja vas opu\u0161ta, kuhanja, \u010ditanja&#8230;odaberite ve\u0107 prema svojim afinitetima. Meditacija nas mo\u017ee okrijepiti i vratiti u prostor u kojem mo\u017eemo predahnuti.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er je bitno odr\u017eati povezanost. Povezanost s drugim ljudima klju\u010dna je za na\u0161e mentalno zdravlje, a pogotovo u vrijeme naglih dru\u0161tvenih promjena. Dijelite \u0161to vas optere\u0107uje s ljudima do kojih vam je stalo. Kad podijelimo vlastite osje\u0107aje i brige, to poma\u017ee da se osjetimo povezano i olak\u0161amo si eventualnu emotivnu preoptere\u0107enost.<\/p>\n<p>Bitno je i zadr\u017eati perspektivu otvorenom, ili na\u0107i puteve koji \u0107e ju zadr\u017eati otvorenom. Promjena prilika mo\u017ee biti put u nove orijentacije. Dobro je meditirati nad time.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka je kriza ujedno prilika za rast, pa tako i ona dru\u0161tvena.
