U krugovima osobnog razvoja od pustog kopanja po raznim nelagodnim emocijama \u010desto zaboravimo baviti se resursima koji nas pune. Koji su to?<\/p>\n<p>Povremeno mi se \u010dini da je ovaj dio premalo nagla\u0161en u terapijskom radu i podru\u010djima osobnog razvoja. Naravno\u00a0 -ideja osobnog razvoja je prokopavanje nedovr\u0161enih psiholo\u0161kih poslova i procesa, kako bismo ih dovr\u0161ili i kako ona vi\u0161e ne bi upravljala na\u0161im \u017eivotima iz prikrajka. No ako previ\u0161e vremena provedemo kopaju\u0107i po vlastitim nedovr\u0161enim procesima &#8211; a ima ih svako od nas. I \u010desto u psiholo\u0161kom radu ispod svakog procesa se krije sljede\u0107e stakleno dno, pa sljede\u0107e i sljede\u0107e &#8211; i tako mo\u017eemo i\u0107i do u nedogled. I ponekad, u vrtlogu svih tih procesa koje treba proraditi, odtugovati, otpustiti mo\u017eemo se uhvatiti u taj kovitlac toliko da zaboravimo na \u017eivotnu radost. A ona itekako psiholo\u0161ki poma\u017ee tome da u \u017eivotu budemo otporni na neda\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Ona je va\u017ean psiholo\u0161ki resurs. O tom se psiholo\u0161kom resursu povremeno vodi premalo ra\u010duna u nekim psiholo\u0161kim pravcima. \u0160to je to \u0161to nas puni? \u0160to je to \u0161to nas hrani i \u0161to nam daje \u017eivotnu radost?Kako biti sretan, sad, u ovom trenutku, sa svim ostalim \u0161to se doga\u0111a u na\u0161im \u017eivotima?<\/p>\n<p>Kad smo zadnji put radili neku jednostavnu i glupu aktivnost koja nam je donijela dje\u010dju radost i vratila nas ovdje i sad? Plivali u rijeci? Igrali se loptom na travi? Igrali badminton?<\/p>\n<p>Kada smo sjedili kraj vode i gledali zalazak sunca? Kasno no\u0107u vozili bicikl dok nam je vjetar zujao u kosi? Kada smo zadnji put plesali na omiljenu pjesmu?<\/p>\n<p>Ponekad od silnih procesa zaboravimo na radost. A i ona je tu. I bitno ju je osvje\u0161tavati iz dana u dan kao resurs. Kao i ostale resurse &#8211; priroda, dru\u017eenje s dragim ljudima, stvari koje nas vesele i volimo se njima baviti&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I onda, kako biti sretan? Sre\u0107a nije nu\u017eno ono \u0161to tra\u017eimo. Tra\u017eimo onaj osje\u0107aj unutarnjeg zadovoljstva kojeg je Michael Csikszentmihalyi opisao kao &#8220;flow&#8221; &#8211; osje\u0107aj velikog upijanja svijeta, anga\u017emana, ispunjenja\u00a0 za vrijeme kojeg neke uobi\u010dajene strukture unutar kojih se kre\u0107emo kao \u0161to su vrijeme, hrana i &#8220;ego-sebstvo&#8221; kao da ne postoje. Ono \u0161to bi zen majstori nazvali, bivanjem &#8220;jednim&#8221; sa svijetom. I u tim trenucima se punimo.<\/p>\n<p>Da, \u017eivot je te\u017eak i kompliciran i tu\u017ean i ovakav i onakav i svakakav. I puno radimo, i inflacija je, raste cijena goriva, i rat je u Ukrajini i klimatske promjene i&#8230;ne mo\u017eemo disati od guste \u0161ume koja se vidi na horizontu. No udahnimo duboko i vratimo se u sada\u0161nji trenutak. I zapitajmo se: koje su to tri stvari koje su nam danas dale taj osje\u0107aj unutarnje ispunjenosti? I kako ih mo\u017eemo prona\u0107i jo\u0161 vi\u0161e? Ovdje i sad, danas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kako biti dobro?
