Anksioznost i depresija potencijalne su nuspojave. Donosimo savjete za pre\u017eivljavanje inspirirane egzistencijalisti\u010dkom i zen mudrosti, kao i istra\u017eivanjima iz suvremene psihologije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prona\u0107i smisao u danu <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vidjeti \u0161to izgleda kao ne\u0161to \u010dime se volim baviti i \u0161to bi mi dalo smisao. Osjetiti smisao u malim stvarima koje nas vesele; omiljenom \u010daju, dekici ispred televizora, novoj seriji ili knjizi, osjetiti zrake sunca na licu dok u\u017eivamo na balkonu, \u010di\u0161\u0107enju ormara i rje\u0161avanju malih stvari&#8230;ili prona\u0107i neki novi te\u010daj na internetu, sudjelovati u mnogim predavanjima koja su trenutno dostupna online. Neka smisao bude konkretan. Tako\u0111er je bitno da bude osjetan, tj. da mo\u017eemo osjetiti kako nas ispunjava.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ograni\u010diti dnevno \u010ditanje ili gledanje vijesti\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iako je dobro ostati informiran, svakodnevno izlaganje pretjeranim medijskim histerijama vezanim uz ovu pandemiju na nas mo\u017ee imati suprotan u\u010dinak &#8211; mo\u017ee izazvati osje\u0107aje anksioznosti, straha, nesigurnosti, depresije. Stoga je pametno ograni\u010diti unos informacija &#8211; pogledajte vijesti jednom ili dva puta dnevno, dovoljno da ostanete informirani. Jesmo li se radi drugih obaveza zaboravili baviti slikanjem, \u010ditanjem, slu\u0161anjem predavanja, igranjem s djecom, tr\u010danjem, ne\u010dim \u0161to sada kona\u010dno imamo vremena opet napraviti? Mo\u017eda nam rad na daljinu omogu\u0107uje da otputujemo unutar zemlje, u neku ku\u0107icu u prirodi? Razmislimo. Ako prebacimo fokus s onoga \u0161to nam je oduzeto na ono \u0161to se otkriva kao mogu\u0107nost koju su prije zasjenjivale druge obaveze, ideje \u0107e izroniti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Povezati se s drugima<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Povezivanje s drugima tako\u0111er je bitno u ovim vremenima. Koliko god da nam se nagla\u0161ava socijalna distanca, uz njeno po\u0161tivanje, za psiholo\u0161ko je blagostanje bitno da ostanemo u kontaktu s drugima.
