Iako puni obiteljskih atmosfera, blagdani jednako tako \u010desto bude bolna sje\u0107anja, aktiviraju potisnute osje\u0107aje tuge, emocije koje su zakopane. Ili, za ostale, posljedica prekomjernog u\u017eivanja u blagodatima blagdana u vidu okusa i mirisa mo\u017ee dovesti do posljedi\u010dnog efekta depresije i apatije. Donosimo, stoga, neke ideje brige za sebe kako bismo sami sebi \u0161to vi\u0161e olak\u0161ali ovaj period.<\/p>\n<h2>Briga za sebe: neke ideje<\/h2>\n<p>Ako to volite, u\u017eivanje u toploj kupki mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i da se opustite. Voda i ina\u010de djeluje ljekovito. Odlazak na bazen mo\u017ee nas na trenutak premjestiti u jedan potpuno drugi svijet.<\/p>\n<p>Grijanje pod dekicom, kao \u0161to ste ve\u0107 i sami sigurno shvatili, mo\u017ee imati umiruju\u0107 u\u010dinak. Tako\u0111er ako pritom gledamo omiljenu seriju ili film. Spraviti si topli napitak ili juhu tako\u0111er mo\u017ee djelovati umiruju\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Pisanje dnevnika jedna je od aktivnosti koja nekim ljudima poma\u017ee kao dio brige za sebe. Na taj na\u010din reflektiramo o tome \u0161to se dogodilo te isto emotivno prora\u0111ujemo. Blagdani mogu izvaditi razne emocije, od kojih nisu sve lake &#8211; emocije tuge za osobama kojih vi\u0161e nema, neslaganja unutar obitelji, osje\u0107aje usamljenosti ili osje\u0107aje praznine. Mogu se javiti i egzistencijalna preispitivanja smisla u kontekstu novogodi\u0161nje evaluacije protekle godine.\u00a0Neki ljudi nisu te sre\u0107e da imaju obiteljsko okru\u017eenje u kojem mogu provesti blagdane, pa se javljaju osje\u0107aji samo\u0107e. Mnoge od ovih emocija popra\u0107ene su \u010desto i mentalnim ruminacijama, \u0161to zna\u010di umom koji se stalno vra\u0107a na iste teme te tako produ\u017euje emociju. U takvim trenucima najbolje \u0161to mo\u017eemo u\u010diniti jest fokusirati se na aktivnosti koje nas iz njih mogu izvaditi.<\/p>\n<p>Slu\u0161anje omiljene glazbe ono je \u0161to nas mo\u017ee izvaditi iz uma, ako je slu\u0161amo u potpunosti fokusirani na melodiju i tonove. Briga za sebe nekad zahtijeva da iza\u0111emo iz onoga \u0161to zen majstori zovu &#8220;majmunskim mozgom&#8221;, koji ne prestaje ruminirati.\u00a0Aktivnosti na koje se potpuno fokusiramo mogu nam tako\u0111er pomo\u0107i da se maknemo iz uma i budemo u trenutku. Primjerice, svjesna izrada kola\u010da. Praksa mindful hodanja, pri kojoj bivamo svjesni svakog koraka. \u0160etnje pri kojoj poku\u0161avamo \u0161to vi\u0161e boraviti u prirodi. Staviti stvari u perspektivu usporedbom s onima koji imaju manje od nas. Sjetiti se i\/ili prebrojati stvari na kojima mo\u017eemo biti zahvalni.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ove ideje mogu se tako\u0111er prakticirati kad nije doba blagdana.
