Na\u0161 dobar stari prijatelj, a ujedno i neprijatelj svake konstruktivne komunikacije. A kada ne mo\u017eemo komunicirati, smatr Thich Nhat Hanh, patimo. I tada se na\u0161a patnja razlijeva na druga podru\u010dja, u druge sfere na\u0161eg \u017eivota, pa i na druge osobe. Dolazi do nesporazuma, sukoba, ljutnje.<\/p>\n<p>No ovaj se obrazac dade promijeniti, ka\u017ee Nhat Hanh.<\/p>\n<p>Kako sukob po\u010dinje? Kad smatramo da se netko prema nama ne pona\u0161a fer, \u017eelimo mu vratiti. Njihove rije\u010di i ton njihovog glasa daju nam neugodan osje\u0107aj, ka\u017ee Nhat Hanh te vjerujemo da ako im vratimo da \u0107emo vratiti ugodan osje\u0107aj. Ve\u0107ina nas reagira na ovaj na\u010din, ka\u017ee Nhat Hanh.<\/p>\n<p>No u ovom trenutku postoji mogu\u0107nost odabira, koliko god ona bila kratka i trenutno nam mo\u017eda nedostupna. Postoji trenutak za mindfulness &#8211; svjesnost ili pomnost, trenutak u kojem mo\u017eemo stati i odabrati druk\u010diju reakciju. U\u010denje ovog novog pona\u0161anja nije lagano i zahtijeva vrijeme, no na\u0161 je mozak plasti\u010dan, ka\u017ee Nhat Hanh, i mo\u017ee nau\u010diti reagirati na druk\u010diji na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eemo osvijestiti kako se ljutnja nakuplja u nama. Mo\u017eemo je primijetiti i pustiti je neka se nakuplja. Mo\u017eemo postojati s njom u trenutku i ne joj dati da zavlada nama, ve\u0107 je promatrati. Mo\u017eemo je dobro promotriti i porazmisliti otkud ona dolazi. Je li nu\u017eno samo iz ovog trenutka ili je mo\u017eda i rezultat nekih prija\u0161njih trenutaka?<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eda smo gladni pa smo \u017eiv\u010dani, mo\u017eda je gu\u017eva u prometu pa smo \u017eiv\u010dani, mo\u017eda nam je netko rekao ne\u0161to dva sata prije iz \u010dega smo nakupili ljutnju. Svjesnost da uvidimo svoje obrasce ovdje poma\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eemo tada napraviti pauzu, ka\u017ee Nhat Hanh. Obi\u010dno kad smo ljuti vi\u0161e smo zainteresirani za sva\u0111u s drugima, nego za brigu o svojim vlastitim osje\u0107ajima. No mo\u017eda bismo mogli promotriti svoje vlastite osje\u0107aje, pobrinuti se za njih.
