Dok nas u obveznom obrazovanju ne u\u010de ovim prijeko potrebnim vje\u0161tinama, tehnike mindfulnessa ili svjesnosti te isto\u010dnja\u010dke discipline poput zena znaju odgovor.<\/p>\n<p>U ovim u\u010denjima promatranje emocija klju\u010d je u\u010denja kako se nositi s emocijama. U uobi\u010dajenom scenariju, s obzirom na to da se svjesnost vezana uz emocije obi\u010dno ne u\u010di u djetinjstvu, \u010dini nam se da je uobi\u010dajeno da nas emocija uhvati u svoj vrtlog i tada se osje\u0107amo tu\u017eno, ljuto, ili \u010dak i sretno, eufori\u010dno.\u00a0 No emocija je ta koja upravlja nama. No u pristupu mindfulnessa koji je zapadnja\u010dka kondenzirana verzija isto\u010dnja\u010dkih u\u010denja, emocije se do\u017eivljavaju poput oblaka ili balona na nebu koji prolaze dok smo mi neutralni promatra\u010di, umjesto da pu\u0161tamo da nas nose. Kako mnoge isto\u010dnja\u010dke discipline u\u010de, potrebno je osvjestiti poistovje\u0107ivanje s emocijom i razlu\u010diti emociju poput balona na nebu &#8211; ja nisam emocija, emocija se pojavila. Umjesto &#8220;tu\u017ena sam&#8221; ili &#8220;sretan sam&#8221; mo\u017eemo re\u0107i ili primijetiti; &#8220;pojavila se tuga&#8221; ili &#8220;pojavila se sre\u0107a&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>No, kao \u0161to zna bilo tko tko se ikad poku\u0161ao baviti meditacijom, mnogo je lak\u0161e ovo re\u0107i nego u\u010diniti. Zato u ovom tekstu donosimo neke tehnike koje nam mogu pomo\u0107i u tome.<\/p>\n<p>Neke od ovih tehnika koriste se i u odre\u0111enim terapijskim pravcima, prvenstveno onim bihevioristi\u010dkog korijena. No one su generalno korisne svakome. Njima se u\u010di kako se nositi s emocijama. Takva vrsta emocionalne higijene ne\u0161to je \u0161to nije dio obveznog obrazovanja, a u \u017eivotu svakog pojedinca dogode se trenuci kad ona predstavlja izazov.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro je po\u010deti s vje\u017ebom u kojoj osjetimo emociju koju osje\u0107amo u ovom trenutku te ju zamislimo kao balone koji pluta nebom, plutaju\u0107i \u0161to dalje od nas. Ako je rije\u010d o ja\u010doj emociji, tada zamislite kako stojite na \u017eeljezni\u010dkoj stanici, a emociju koja vam radi probleme odvozi vlak i ona prolazi kraj vas i odlazi, u daljinu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, mo\u017ee se biti zgodno i zapitati otkud ova emocija. Pripada li ona sada\u0161njem trenutku ili pripada pro\u0161losti, ne\u010demu \u0161to se dogodilo u prija\u0161njem trenutku, ili budu\u0107nosti, ne\u010demu \u0161to se jo\u0161 nije dogodilo? Ovo je sam korijen svih mindfulness tehnika i onoga \u0161to izu\u010davaju zen majstori, kao i noviji new age promotori sada\u0161njeg trenutka poput Eckharta Tollea. Ako emocija ne pripada trenutnoj situaciji, tada nismo u sada\u0161njem trenutku. Kada na ovaj na\u010din do\u017eivimo emociju, bit \u0107e nam lak\u0161e promotriti ju. A tada nam ostaje otvoreniji prostor za reakciju. Ako emocija pripada pro\u0161losti ili budu\u0107nosti, mo\u017eemo odlu\u010diti kako se u ovom, sada\u0161njem trenutku, mo\u017eemo pobrinuti za sebe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kako regulirati emocije?
