Odlasci voljenih sastavni su dio \u017eivota kojih \u010desto postanemo svjesni tek kad se dogode. Tara Brach poma\u017ee nam nositi se s time.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Kad se uvjeti poslo\u017ee, stvari se manifestiraju. Kad uvjeti vi\u0161e nisu dovoljni stvari se povla\u010de. \u010cekaju do pogodnog trenutka kako bi se opet manifestirale.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Thich Nhat Hanh, No Death, No Fear<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Odlasci i dolasci. Smrt. Stvari s kojima se ve\u0107inu vremena, udobno sakriveni u omota\u010du svakodnevnih stvari, ne volimo i ne \u017eelimo baviti. No odlasci i rastanci i smrt neizostavni su dio \u017eivota, kako shvatimo kad se dogode i kad se nikako ne \u017eelimo s njima pomiriti. Kako pro\u017eivjeti te te\u0161ke trenutke i kako se nositi s neizmjernom tugom koja ostaje?<\/p>\n<p>U svojim lutanjima sadr\u017eajima osobnog razvoja nai\u0161la sam na tekst Tare Brach o budisti\u010dkoj praksi koju je preuzela iz katoli\u010dke. U tim je trenucima na njenim radionicama bila prisutna \u017eena, \u010diji je suprug umirao od limfoma. \u017dena je uporno isprobavala sve mogu\u0107e vrste alternativnih metoda, od ayurvede do kineskih biljaka, kako bi mu pomogla da pobijedi tu bolest. Ti napori vrijedni divljenja nisu, me\u0111utim, davali rezultate. Ona nije znala kako se nositi sa skorom vjerojatnom smr\u0107u svog supruga ni \u0161to bi vi\u0161e napravila.<\/p>\n<p>I doista, \u0161to napraviti kad nikakvi napori ne djeluju? \u0160to napraviti kad smo isprobali sve i dogodi se najgore?<\/p>\n<p>Tara Brach ponudila je savjet prisustva. U trenucima kad ni\u0161ta ne mo\u017eemo, kad smo sve isprobali ili unato\u010d svom isprobavanju vi\u0161e ni\u0161ta ne djeluje i dogodi se najgore, tada mo\u017eemo biti prisutni. &#8220;Budite s njim. U susretu sa neizbje\u017enim gubitkom, ovo bezvremensko prisustvo donosi iscjeljenje i mir na\u0161im vlastitim srcima i srcima drugih.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;U tim najte\u017eim trenucima&#8221;, predlo\u017eila je Tara, &#8220;mo\u017ee\u0161 zastati i prepoznati \u0161to osje\u0107a\u0161 &#8211; strah ili ljutnju ili tugu &#8211; i tada u sebi \u0161apnuti frazu &#8220;Prihva\u0107am.&#8221; (eng. <em>I consent<\/em>). Nedavno sam \u010dula tu frazu od oca Thomasa Keatinga, i iako je ona katoli\u010dka, Pam bi mogla biti od iznimne pomo\u0107i. Re\u0107i &#8220;prihva\u0107am&#8221; ili, kao \u0161to ja \u010de\u0161\u0107e u\u010dim, &#8220;da&#8221;, opu\u0161ta na\u0161e obrane protiv sada\u0161njeg trenutka i omogu\u0107uje nam da se susretnemo s izazovima \u017eivota otvorenijeg srca.<\/p>\n<p>No Pam se i dalje \u010dinila uzrujanom, rekav\u0161i kako iako bi to \u017eeljela u\u010diniti, u trenucima kad je najuzrujanija, njen mozak ubrza, po\u010dinje ruminirati, pri\u010dati sama sa sobom, s njim&#8230;.kako da stane?<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vjerojatno \u0107e\u0161 zaboraviti, bar dio vremena&#8221;, rekla je Tara, &#8220;i to je potpuno prirodno. Sve \u0161to mo\u017ee\u0161 u\u010diniti je namjera da stane\u0161, namjera da osjeti\u0161 \u0161to se doga\u0111a i &#8220;pusti\u0161 da bude&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>U posljednjim trenucima \u017eivota njenog supruga, Pam je morala po\u010deti u\u010diti kako se nositi sa smr\u0107u svojeg supruga. Ova naizgled jednostavna praksa olak\u0161avala je bolne trenutke. U sr\u017ei zen budizma i jest u\u010denje da je ono \u0161to nas naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e boli osim stvarnosti, otpor prema stvarnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Prvo je mehani\u010dki prihva\u0107ala rije\u010di, no nakon par dana osjetila je kako njeno srce zaista po\u010dinje prihva\u0107ati. Po\u010dela je u\u010diti kako se nositi sa smr\u0107u. Kad bi se stisnula od straha i osje\u0107aja bespomo\u0107nosti, ostajala bi s tim osje\u0107ajima, prihva\u0107aju\u0107i dubinu svoje ranjivosti. Kad bi imala potrebu ne\u0161to u\u010diniti, ostajala bi i s njom. Kad bi nalijetala tuga radi smrti, tako\u0111er bi rekla &#8220;prihva\u0107am&#8221;, otvaraju\u0107i se velikoj boli i te\u017eini tuge.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo intimno prisustvo joj je omogu\u0107ilo da u potpunosti bude tu za svog supruga, rekla je Tari. U toj ti\u0161ini mogla je vidjeti onkraj &#8220;njega&#8221; i &#8220;sebe&#8221;. Postalo joj je jasno da su oni polje ljubavi- potpune otvorenosti, topline, svjetlosti.
