Prakti\u010dna nuspojava ovih budisti\u010dkih praksi je i regulacija emocija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kao ljudima, evolucijski nam je ugra\u0111ena tendencija negativnosti &#8211; navika da se fokusiramo na ono \u0161to je potencijalno lo\u0161e.\u00a0 U suvremenom dru\u0161tvu, \u010desta je (neizgovorena) tema vlastiti osje\u0107aj nedostatnosti. Pre\u0161lo nam je u naviku da se fokusiramo na to kako ne uspijevamo &#8211; u vezama, na poslu, po pitanju izgleda, raspolo\u017eenja i pona\u0161anja. Ili, volimo se fiksirati na tu\u0111e gre\u0161ke, to kako su nas iznevjerili, kako su u krivu ili lo\u0161i i kako bi trebali biti druk\u010diji. Bez obzira na to fokusiramo li se na to iznutra ili izvana, takav na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja stvara neprijatelja i zatvara nas u osje\u0107aj odvojenog, ugro\u017eenog sebstva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dok je tendencija negativnosti klju\u010dni dio na\u0161eg aparata pre\u017eivljavanja, kada ona dominira na\u0161im svakodnevnim \u017eivotom, gubitmo pristup recentnije razvijenijim dijelovima vlastitog mozga koji pridonose osje\u0107ajima povezanosti, empatije i blagostanja.<\/strong> \u0160to nam poma\u017ee da se odmaknemo od tendencije negativnosti?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donosimo tri na\u010dina na koja mo\u017eemo probuditi svoj puni potencijal za prirodnu prisutnost i privr\u017eenost;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Potra\u017eite ranjivost\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prva je stvar koju mo\u017eemo napraviti pogledati prema ranjivosti, kre\u0107u\u0107i od nas samih. Kada krivimo sebe, mo\u017eemo se pitati: \u0161to se doista doga\u0111a tamo ispod? \u0160to me dovelo do toga da se pona\u0161am na taj na\u010din? Mo\u017eda \u0107ete, primjerice, vidjeti da ste se bojali neuspjeha, i da vas je upravo taj strah doveo do toga da se pona\u0161ate to\u010dno tako kako se niste \u017eeljeli pona\u0161ati. Ili \u0107ete mo\u017eda vidjeti da ste stvarno \u017eeljeli odobravanje, jer ste se osje\u0107ali nesigurno, i stoga se zavr\u0161ili nekako izdaju\u0107i same sebe i ne pona\u0161aju\u0107i se s u skladu s vlastitim integritetom.<\/p>\n<p>Jednom kad ste u prisutnijem i izbalansiranijem stanju, poku\u0161ajte pogledati o\u010dima mudrosti na to \u0161to se mo\u017ee kriti iza ne\u010dijeg pona\u0161anja. Kako je ta osoba mogu\u0107e uhva\u0107ena u svoj vlastiti osje\u0107aj neadekvatnosti, nesigurnosti, zbunjenosti? Ako po\u010dnete uvi\u0111ati kako ta osoba mo\u017eda pati, ponovo \u0107ete se povezati sa svojim prirodnim osje\u0107ajem nje\u017enosti i brige.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktivno izraziti suosje\u0107anje\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kada po\u010dnete razumijevati da ustvari patite na neki na\u010din, prirodno \u0107ete se otvoriti od krivnje prema suosje\u0107anju prema sebi. Kada je tu\u0111e pona\u0161anje okida\u010d na koji reagiramo, prvo \u0161to trebamo napraviti je dovesti prisutnost ka vlastitim osje\u0107ajima ranjivosti. Kada suosje\u0107anje naraste, sljede\u0107i korak je aktivno ga izraziti. Bilo mentalno ili kroz \u0161apat, mo\u017eete izre\u0107i svoje ime i poslati poruku ljubaznosti; re\u0107i da sadr\u017eavate to s ljubavlju, da ne\u0107ete oti\u0107i. Mo\u017eete nje\u017eno staviti svoju ruku na svoj obraz ili srce, ili si \u010dak dati lagani zagrljaj kao na\u010din preno\u0161enja poruke; <em>&#8220;Tu sam s tobom. Svi znamo da kad smo s nekim koga volimo, ako zapravo iska\u017eemo rije\u010di &#8220;Volim te&#8221; naglas, da to dovede prisutnu emociju do nove razine. Ako \u017eelimo promijeniti tendenciju prema negativnosti u odnosu s nekim &#8211; promijeniti svoje navike okrivljavanja i udaljavanja &#8211; potrebno promotrite njihovu ranjivost i tada, bilo putem molitve ili osobno, ponuditi im poruku razumijevanja i ljubaznosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uklju\u010diti one koji <\/strong>se<strong> \u010dine druk\u010dijima<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1404853927369-9\" class=\"pt-ad pt-ads-300\" data-google-query-id=\"CPe39uSnlt8CFQ72dwod0aQC5g\">\n<p>Dio na\u0161e tendencije negativnosti, kao i uzrok mnogih rasnih, religijskih i drugih vrsta nasilja prema odre\u0111enim grupama jest pretpostavka potencijalne opasnosti &#8211; ne\u0161to je krivo &#8211; povezano s onima koji su druk\u010diji. Praksa koja nas (i dru\u0161tvo u \u0161irem smislu) poti\u010de na inkluzivniju ljubav jest namjerno otvaranje prema dubljim odnosima s razli\u010ditim drugima. Kada ovo poku\u0161avamo iskomunicirati s namjerom ili razumjeti, to nas otvara prema vi\u0161oj istini me\u0111upovezanosti svih stvari.<\/p>\n<p>Dok na\u0161 mozak s jedne strane posjeduje mehanizam borbe ili bijega, on je tako\u0111er opremljen onime \u0161to bismo mogli nazvati mre\u017eom suosje\u0107anja, jer uklju\u010duje zrcalne neurone koji nam omogu\u0107uju da vidimo kako je drugima. Mo\u017eemo osjetiti da drugi \u017eele voliti ili biti voljeni; da se \u017eele osje\u0107ati sigurnima i biti sretni. <strong>Kad osje\u0107amo tu povezanost, ona nam omogu\u0107uje da se pona\u0161amo uzimaju\u0107i u obzir jedni druge i \u0161iru zajednicu.<\/strong> Ali ako si ne uzmemo vremena da stanemo i poslu\u0161amo druga\u010dije, taj dio na\u0161eg mozga ne\u0107e se automatski aktivirati. <strong>A kako bismo imali te dijaloge bu\u0111enja svijesti, moramo ciljano stvoriti prostore sigurnosti i svjesnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Na sli\u010dan na\u010din na koji vje\u017ebamo na\u00a0jastuku, mo\u017eemo vje\u017ebati svjesnu komunikaciju s drugima i \u0161iriti krugove kako bismo se povezali. Postoje mnoge efikasne prakse poput\u00a0dijaloga uvida ili nenasilne komunikacije koje nude strukturu ovakvog komuniciranja.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je ovo vje\u017ebati u bliskim odnosima koje imamo. Koju god praksu izaberete, mo\u017eete biti sigurni da je va\u017ean dio iscjeljenja.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to je s onima koji nemaju \u017eelje u\u0107i u konverzaciju s nama? Na sre\u0107u, mo\u017eemo znati da na\u0161 kapacitet da osjetimo povezanost nije povezan s tu\u0111im kapacitetom da se s nama pove\u017eu. Naravno, lak\u0161e je sve to osjetiti kad postoji obostran trud, no jo\u0161 uvijek mo\u017eemo ponuditi ljubaznost iz svojeg srca, bez obzira na sve. A istra\u017eivanje pokazuje da ovakva vrsta pa\u017enje budi dio mozga koji osje\u0107a suosje\u0107anje. Mogu\u0107e je ovo u\u010diniti u svakoj situaciji, sa svakom osobom koju sretnemo.<\/p>\n<p>Prirodno je da u susretu s povrije\u0111eno\u0161\u0107u, nepravdom, prevarom i povredom osjetimo cijeli nit emocija poput straha, mr\u017enje i ljutnje. Negativna pristranost mo\u017ee nas zaklju\u010dati u rat sa samima sobom i drugima &#8220;tamo vani&#8221;. <strong>Va\u017eno je da napravimo stanku, budemo sami sa sobom i s drugima, i budemo otvoreni prema osje\u0107ajima koji se pojave.<\/strong> Kada po\u0161tujemo i slu\u0161amo te osje\u0107aje, prodiremo ispod njih.<\/p>\n<p>Imam jutarnju molitvu koja je vrlo jednostavna: &#8220;Nau\u010di me o ljubaznosti.
