Pro\u010ditajte.<\/p>\n<p>_______________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Kada se prvi put otvorio meditacijski centar kojeg sam suosniva\u010dica, <em>Inisght Meditation Society<\/em>, netko je napravio zajebantsku bro\u0161uru koja je meditacijsko povla\u010denje u njemu opisala sa <em>&#8220;Do\u0111ite u IMS i popijte sav \u010daj koji biste ikad mogli popiti.&#8221;<\/em> Tako\u0111er je uklju\u010divala i prijedlog divnog slogana za nas: <em>&#8220;Bolje je ne \u010diniti ni\u0161ta nego gubiti svoje vrijeme.&#8221;<\/em> Jako mi se dopao taj slogan i pomislila sam kako dobro prikazuje kako nam meditacija zapravo poma\u017ee da se isklju\u010dimo.<\/p>\n<p>Iako taj moto nikad nije u\u0161ao u na\u0161e slu\u017ebene opise, zapravo je bio dosta to\u010dan opis meditacije uvida ili meditacije svjesnosti. Ukratko, u meditaciju svjesnosti ulazimo kako bismo mogli nau\u010diti kako ne \u010diniti ni\u0161ta i ne gubiti svoje vrijeme, jer gubljenje na\u0161eg vremena gubljenje je na\u0161eg \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>Dolazimo na meditacije kako bismo nau\u010diti kako ne reagirati na one na\u010dine na koje smo navikli reagirati u svojim uobi\u010dajenim \u017eivotima, na\u010dinima koji stvaraju patnju nama i drugima i uvaljuju nas u probleme. U tom stanju konstantno smo van balansa &#8211; u meditaciji mo\u017eemo primijetiti da \u010dak poku\u0161avamo osjetiti sljede\u0107i dah dok se trenutni jo\u0161 uvijek doga\u0111a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad govorimo o pu\u0161tanju ili isklju\u010divanju, govorimo o otpu\u0161tanju tereta postajanja i jednostavnom vra\u0107anju na\u0161e svjesnosti na prirodni centar na\u0161eg bi\u0107a, vra\u0107anju u stanje prirodnog mira. <strong>Ono \u0161to u meditaciji \u010desto poma\u017ee je vratiti se, opustiti, opustiti oslanjanje na budu\u0107nost, i vratiti se samom sebi<\/strong>. Mo\u017eemo pustiti \u010dak i o\u010dekivanje sljede\u0107eg daha.
