No \u0161to kad more emocija postane uzburkano? Kako se nositi s njima obja\u0161njava zen u\u010ditelj Jack Kornfield.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zen budisti\u010dka praksa svjesnosti u\u010di nas kako se nositi s emocijama. Emocije se u zen praksi u\u010de promatrati sa svjesno\u0161\u0107u te ih se gleda kao valove koji dolaze i odlaze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kroz svjesnost u\u010dimo promatrati same sebe na novi na\u010din, s ravnote\u017eom i sna\u017enom ne-identifikacijom. <strong>Mo\u017eemo po\u010deti osje\u0107ati i promatrati promjenjiv um, tijelo i srce na na\u010din na koji meteorolog promatra promjene vremena: &#8220;Obla\u010dno je, barometar je visok, temperatura je dvadeset sedam stupnjeva, a vjetar dolazi sa jugozapada &#8211; ne, &#8220;Oh, nadam se da danas ne\u0107e ki\u0161iti. Nadam se da \u0107e biti sun\u010dano kao ju\u010der. Prevru\u0107e je, a vla\u017enost je grozna.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako se nositi s emocijama i mislima koje dolaze?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jednostavno primje\u0107ujemo \u0161to se doga\u0111a. Moramo nau\u010diti da je esencijalna karakteristika promatranja prihva\u0107anje. Kad po\u010dnemo prakticirati promatranje, po\u010dinjemo ujedno vidjeti i da je um susretljiv prema svemu i da se ne moramo boriti protiv sebe. Misli dolaze, osje\u0107aji dolaze, osjeti u tijelu dolazi &#8211; jednostavno samo gledamo, bez osu\u0111ivanja, bez vezanosti ili straha, ve\u0107 umjesto toga s osje\u0107ajem susretljive topline i prijateljstva prema samima sebi.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nau\u010diti surfati na emocijama<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najslikovitiji prikaz ovoga je poster u\u010ditelja meditacije Swami Satchidanande kojeg sam vidio prije mnogo godina, na kojem ovaj stoji, samo sa par\u010dem tkanine oko kukove, u yoga pozi koja se zove poza drva, s jednom nogom gore i s rukama iznad glave. Uravnote\u017een je na jednoj nozi. U tome nema ni\u010deg jako neobi\u010dajenog &#8211; osim \u0161to u toj pozi stoji na dasci za surfanje i spu\u0161ta se s velikog vala. Ispod velikim slovima pi\u0161e &#8220;Ne mo\u017ee\u0161 zaustaviti valove, ali mo\u017ee\u0161 nau\u010diti surfati&#8221;. To je meditacija. To je istina, ne mo\u017eemo zaustaviti valove promjene; oni su samo tkivo na\u0161eg \u017eivota. No mo\u017eemo nau\u010diti surfati, <a href=\"http:\/\/existentia.com.hr\/svjesnost\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biti svjesni<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/existentia.com.hr\/pronaci-ravnotezu-pomocu-tao-mudrosti\/\">biti uravnote\u017eeni<\/a>.
